REGISTRATION AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION
The reservation will become firm and final:
- For the Standard rate: By payment of 30 % as a deposit.
- For the Non-Modifiable, Non-Refundable rate: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be requested at the time of booking.
- Within 7 days of accepting the offer, the tenant may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to SARL SAMPIERO CORSO. In this case, any sums already paid will be refunded within 30 days.
- Reservations are accepted subject to availability and SARL SAMPIERO CORSO reserves the right to refuse any reservation that is excessive or abusive.
SETTLEMENT OF THE BALANCE
The balance of your stay must be paid no later than one month before the arrival date without further notice from us. If the balance remains unpaid 30 days prior to arrival, SARL SAMPIERO CORSO reserves the right to consider your reservation cancelled and to apply the cancellation policy outlined below. Any reservation made less than one month before the arrival date must be paid in full to be confirmed. Once payment is received, SARL SAMPIERO CORSO will send the renter a confirmation of their stay.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF STAY
In the event of cancellation of your stay, SARL SAMPIERO CORSO applies the conditions detailed below:
- Any reservation not paid in full one month before the tenant's arrival is considered automatically cancelled without further notice from us and without refund of the deposit or compensation to the tenant.
- In case of cancellation, we retain 100% of the total amount of your stay. All cancellations must be notified either by email or by registered mail with return receipt requested.
- If you do not show up at the place of your stay, we retain 100% of the total amount of the stay.
- In the event of a bank rejection of the balance payment check, and unless rectified within 8 days, the reservation is automatically considered cancelled, without refund or compensation to the customer.
- In the event of a planned reduction of stay for any reason whatsoever, SARL SAMPIERO CORSO will under no circumstances be required to reimburse the tenant for the sums corresponding to this reduction of stay.
- These provisions will not apply if the tenant demonstrates that he is in a case of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code.
- Since COVID-19 was declared a global pandemic on March 11, 2020, its consequences are no longer unpredictable or unexpected. Therefore, COVID-19 is no longer covered by the cancellation policy regarding force majeure events.

PRICES
Rental prices include:
- The rental of the accommodation for the agreed period
- The provision of bed linen and towels
- Water, electricity, heating, air conditioning (without obvious abuse)
Rental prices do not include:
- Unless otherwise stated on the booking, options (e.g. breakfast etc.) are not included in the price.
- Tourist taxes amount to €1.10 per day per person (fully paid to the Sartenais Valinco intercommunal office).
- Cancellation insurance is optional; you can purchase it from your usual insurer or your bank.
- Insurance related to property and people
RECEPTION AND KEY HANDOVER
The keys will be handed over upon presentation of:
- An identity document to ensure compliance with the obligation to complete a Police Form and a credit card to guarantee payment of the amounts corresponding to the services consumed on site.
- The booking confirmation attests to the terms of the booking and payment for the stay. The tenant agrees to take possession of the premises on the dates and at the times specified.
In the event that these conditions are not met, SARL SAMPIERO CORSO reserves the right to refuse to hand over the keys and will be entitled to re-let the apartment within 24 hours, while reserving the right to pursue payment of the balance of the price of the stay.
Accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the scheduled departure day. A flat fee of €50 will be charged for departures after 11:00 AM. If arriving outside reception hours, the tenant must notify reception so that arrangements can be made. In the event of any issues with check-in, particularly regarding key collection or locating the accommodation, the tenant will not be entitled to any compensation, and SARL SAMPIERO CORSO will not be held liable under any circumstances.
CONDITION REPORT, CLEANLINESS AND DETERIORATION
SAMPIERO CORSO SARL makes every effort to welcome its clients in the best possible conditions. However, it cannot guarantee an immediate and perfect result, and it is the client's responsibility to conduct a property inspection upon arrival. Any issues concerning the furniture, the condition of the apartment, the equipment, or the cleanliness of the premises must be reported to reception within 24 hours. After this period, the tenant will have readily acknowledged the accuracy of the inventory and the conformity of the premises and equipment, and any objections will no longer be valid (except for new malfunctions, which must be reported immediately, and in which case SAMPIERO CORSO SARL undertakes to do everything possible to address them as quickly as possible).
The tenant must immediately report any damage or breakage occurring during their stay to reception, whether caused by them or a third party. They will not be entitled to any compensation in the event of necessary intervention by the maintenance department in their accommodation during their stay. No items installed in one accommodation may be moved to another. Failure to do so will result in these items being considered missing and treated as such. The tenant will be responsible for the items contained in their accommodation and will be required to reimburse the tenant for any missing or damaged items based on their price or the cost of repair and/or the cost of necessary cleaning, particularly for bedding. In the event of damage to the premises, whether in private or common areas (walls, ceilings, paintwork, sanitary fixtures, or other), the tenant will also be required to reimburse the cost of necessary repairs, according to estimates provided by SARL SAMPIERO CORSO. Upon departure, the tenant must leave their accommodation in a reasonable condition. Otherwise, a flat fee of €60 will be charged. These refunds for prices, repairs, work, cleaning fees, etc. may be debited from the credit card provided upon arrival and SARL SAMPIERO CORSO may pursue further recovery, as well as any compensation corresponding to its actual loss.
SECURITY
The tenant must ensure that the doors and windows of their accommodation are closed at all times, particularly when they are away. SARL SAMPIERO CORSO cannot be held liable under any circumstances for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings in the accommodation, on the terrace, or in the hotel's common areas.
In the event of a break-in, SAMPIERO CORSO SARL will only be held liable if the tenant immediately informs reception and files a police report within 24 hours, and only under the terms of the comprehensive insurance policy taken out by SAMPIERO SARL. The tenant acknowledges having taken out all necessary insurance to protect themselves and any persons accompanying or visiting them, for whom they remain responsible to SAMPIERO CORSO SARL and to third parties.
We remind you that SARL SAMPIERO CORSO cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left inside your accommodation when you vacate the premises.
In accordance with article no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995, it is reminded that sleeping in a raised position is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
OCCUPATION
The rental agreement concerns the rental and occupancy of premises for the exclusive use of holiday accommodation. The tenant shall use the premises and furnishings responsibly, respecting their neighbors. The rental is for a maximum number of people specified at the time of booking. Any violation will result in an additional fixed penalty of €300 per person per week, without prejudice to any other damages.
SARL SAMPIERO CORSO does not provide customers with additional mattresses.
In the event of nighttime disturbances and after two unsuccessful warnings from the hotel managers, SARL SAMPIERO CORSO reserves the right to keep the tenant's deposit and/or to proceed with their eviction, if necessary with the help of the police, this eviction definitively ending the tenant's stay, without any compensation for the latter.
ANIMALS
For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in being denied access to the residence and will terminate the tenant's stay without any compensation.
PARKING
Parking lots are available to customers. The Hotel*** Sampiero Corso declines all responsibility in the event of an accident in one of the car parks.
The tenant declares having read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation. They apply to the entire stay. The tenant guarantees compliance with these conditions, both by themselves and by any other persons participating in the stay for whom they are responsible.
